Practical money skills. Greater confidence. A more stable future.

Why it matters

More than a program.
A practical path forward.

Rebuilding a life often means rebuilding everyday money habits, too. Understanding income, expenses, debt, and credit can make the next step feel more manageable. The CMF Financial Wellness Program offers a supportive place to learn, ask questions, and work toward greater financial stability.

01

How it works

We begin with each participant’s goals and circumstances. Together, we review income and essential expenses, create a realistic budget, organize debts, and learn how credit reports work. Participants can obtain their reports from all three major bureaus through AnnualCreditReport.com and learn how to recognize possible errors and use free consumer resources.

02

What to expect

Participation is free, voluntary, and judgment-free. Coaching focuses on manageable steps and habits participants can practice in daily life, with follow-up to revisit goals and progress. The program provides education and coaching, not legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not guarantee score increases, debt reduction, or removal of credit-report information. When specialized help is needed, we help participants identify appropriate professional resources.
