Students learn faster when their work matters. CMF gives interns the opportunity to build real programs, create portfolio-quality work, meet community partners, and see how thoughtful ideas become meaningful action.
Internships are shaped around each student’s strengths and interests. Projects may include social media, filmmaking, photography, music, marketing, business development, community outreach, events, fundraising, research, or helping launch an entirely new initiative.
Interns work directly with experienced entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, and the people CMF serves. They are expected to contribute ideas, take initiative, and make things—not simply observe from the sidelines. The result is professional growth paired with work they can genuinely be proud of.
